All products found on Gjoollery shop can be ordered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Products can be ordered solely online through Gjoollery shop.
You can, but you don’t need to be registered at gjoollery.com to make a purchase. However, you will need to fill out your contact details with a valid address to finish the purchase process.
If we cannot deliver all purchased products, we’ll deliver you the ones we have on stock, and notify you via e-mail to decide if you want a refund or you want to choose some other products in the same value instead.
After you’ve finished your order, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail.

You can pay for purchased products exclusively via PayPal as we find PayPal the most secure method of online payment. You don’t need to have a PayPal account to make a payment.
We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery dates vary depending on your location. Usual rates for European Union, United States of America and most of the other countries in the world is 6$. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over 50$.
All products ordered from Gjoollery site will be sent via Croatian Post (www.posta.hr). You’ll receive a tracking code for every order, so you’ll be able to keep track of your bracelet until it reaches your doorstep.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we are open to accept returns and exchanges for any reason up to 30 days of purchase! Your satisfaction is our priority and we do our best to make our customers happy.
Gjoollery bracelet must be sent back in its original condition. After we receive a returned item, we’ll check it to make sure it hasn’t been used and that it is in its original packaging.
When returning items for exchange, customer is responsible for return postage and shipping cost of the new items.
We guarantee your money back, minus the shipping cost, in a period of 30 days from receiving the returned product. If it happens that the person who purchased the product and the person sending it back are not the same, we’ll return the money to the person who purchased it.
